Output mode: page-level bilingual reader plus detailed formula/concept explanation. The PDF text layer contains line-number noise, page headers, DOI footer text, and several malformed math glyphs; obvious page numbers and headers were removed, but some formula glyph artifacts remain visible in Original blocks.
Figure/table extraction: page rendering through bundled pdftoppm failed with a wrapper path error in this environment, so tight figure crops were not produced. Figure/table content is discussed from extracted captions/text where available.
Bibliography pages are retained as source text; they are not fully translated citation by citation because the learning value is mainly in method sections and formulas.
Interpretation caution: the paper itself states that TPDM edges should not be read as causal propagation paths, and minimum-cut outputs should be read as candidate intervention interfaces, not guaranteed diffusion blockage.
